No Bring it down anytime, you can book in advance for a quicker turnaround.
If I leave my bike for service, how long will you have to keep it for?
Service and repair Normally takes 1 - 2 Working Days, although in busy periods this may be delayed.
Once I purchase a bike is there any sort of Service Scheme?
All our new bikes come with a free service (within 3 months).
What do I do if I have a problem with a bike purchased from you?
Bring the bike down for us to inspect, some parts may be covered under warranty, please see below. Otherwise we’ll do our best to sort out any problems as soon as possible.
Do you offer any sort of Guarantee on New Bikes Purchased?
Yes on all our new bikes we offer a 5 year Guarantee on the frame and a 1 year Guarantee on Components (Terms and Conditions Apply). On our used bike range we offer a 30 day Warranty.
My bike has developed a fault and it is out of warranty. Can I still purchase replacement parts?
It is not always possible for us to stock replacement parts for our entire range. However, in most instances, we do sell replacement parts.
What if I am not happy with a product and want to return it?
You can return any part or accessory within 28 days, proof of purchase will be need and all items must be unused and in their original packaging.
I am after buying a new bike, do you offer any sort of part exchange on my old bike?
Yes we can part exchange against new bikes, please bring your bike down and we can value it on the spot.
